I potted my cape sundew in the sphagnum moss and the net pot that came with it. Within hours it had caught a bunch of those nasty gnats. The plant is healthy and of a good size. I plan to get more.

My 3 Sundew arrived quickly and packaged perfectly. Thank you! Unfortunately, my old eyes aren't what they used to be and these are so tiny, I can't tell if they are planted correctly. They don't seem to be opening up and are still in the ball like when I unwrapped them. I wish you had an unpacking video like my VFT. But it's not your fault I can't see them.

Awesome plant! Got it in 5 days. In this Texas heat I thought it would be a goner! The plant was still alive and was bigger than I expected! Superb specimen! Worth the price.

I got a B52, Dente, and a Flexx mislabeled as a Red Dragon. The slightly pinkish flytrap in the middle became fully green in full sunlight outdoors. I contacted customer service and apparently this product is 3 RANDOM flytraps - nothing is guaranteed. The old description of the B52 and Red Dragon being guaranteed is old.

Hi, I potted the sundews I bought in sphagnum moss I previously bought from you.  I recently noticed grass-like growths sprouting. They don't look like they are sundews.  Maybe something hitch-hiked along with the sundews. Attached are pictures. Any thoughts on what's growing Reed From Customer Service: It's just grass.

My plants arrived yesterday and I went and bought distilled water today! (With nothing added)



I’m just wanting to know if I did this right. These guys didn’t have much, if any, roots. When I took them out of the paper towel they kind of fell apart in my hand. (I only ordered one of these) So after I moistened the medium, I just set them in there and pushed it down a little bit. Will this be ok?

From Staff: Your setup is perfect. Just place your plants in sunlight and wait for them to triple in size in the coming months!

I just received my B52 Fly Trap. I followed instructions to plant it. I have taken some photos to show it. Is this normal for for plant to droop? Also, is this the correct water level? Please see attached photos. You have the best quality and service I have seen. Joel answered all of my questions/concerns in a very timely fashion. I ordered the B52 but was sent a different variety by mistake. Joel quickly remedied the situation by sending me the B52 without me having to return the other variety. Thank you Joe P From Staff: The droop is normal, as the plant has spent a few days in transit and has freshly emerged from dormancy. It will grow robustly in the coming weeks as we enter spring. You'll want to reduce your water level to about half of what you have the plant in now.
